The recipes in this cookbook are amazing! The author has created a cookbook that is excellent for the health conscious cook. I love all the recipes I have tried and I highly recommend that you try them as well.
5 Stars free of sugar and sugar substitutes
I need to cut out sugar in my diet, but refuse to use sugar substitutes because I cannot abide their taste. Finally, there’s a cookbook that uses natural substitutes (like bananas) to sweeten the recipes. Also, there are many great recipes that don’t use any flour (not even whole wheat)which works great for me. This cookbook is perfect for anyone who must stay away from sugar and still wants to eat great tasting food.

5 Stars Finally - a cookbook I could really use
Being sensitive to sugar and trying to eat whole grains, it has not been easy to find a cookbook that I could use. This cookbook has finally given me a chance to feel like I could enjoy food like everyone else. I even found my husband enjoying some of the cakes I made - and he only enjoys the real sweet stuff.
